Gaara (我爱罗, Gaara ) is a shinobi of Sunagakure and the Fifth Kazekage (五代目风影, Godaime Kazekage ), is currently the General Commander of the Army of theAllied Shinobi Forces and commander of the Fourth Division . Part of former team Baki , is the youngest son of the Fourth Kazekage and Karura , younger brother ofTemari and Kankuro . It was the third Jinchūriki of One Tail Shukaku , Gaara gained the nickname Gaara of the Desert (砂瀑の我愛羅, Sabaku no Gaara ).
Creation and conception
Masashi Kishimoto, the author of the series of Naruto , Gaara created as a Doppelgänger of the protagonist of the series, Naruto Uzumaki. He and Naruto have the same childhood experiences: he is rejected by his family and his village because it is guest tailed beast, Shukaku, a situation that Kishimoto describes as "very much like that of Naruto." But Naruto and Gaara have different views on their past, it does converge to a conflict.
The development of Gaara of their status, in a way, loving and shy and withdrawn to the murderer character was intended to create sympathy for the character, as it is contrasted with the cheerful attitude and problems that Naruto developed. Its design was intended to make it look like a Tanuki (raccoon-dog) since Kishimoto thought it would make a good match for the Kyuubi containing Naruto, for various parts of the Shukaku were considered by Kishimoto as opposed Zorro Demon. The past history of Gaara became a favorite of the first part of Kishimoto; Kishomoto even revised illustrations in such chapters as wanted readers better understand the mental state of Gaara.
Gaara's initial attire, along with the costumes of his siblings, were difficult for Kishimoto to draw in the span of a week for the first episodes. Because of this, Kishimoto designed them simpler costumes in the last episodes of the first part; Gaara clothing consisted of a sack turtleneck. Besides being an example of the change in the relationship between Naruto and Gaara after his ancient battle, Kishimoto mentioned that one of his favorite films, Matrix, was taken as inspiration for new costumes for Gaara, and considers it his favorite of the brothers of the Arena.
Personality
While Gaara had initially tried to be kind to others, despite their fear of people, actions and false words Yashamaru changed it. Realizing that nobody loved him, Gaara used his sand to create a tattoo in kanji on his forehead "love" (爱, ai), as a symbol of what a "demon who loves only himself", and up to its name, as his mother allegedly believed Karura . Gaara became emotionally withdrawn, almost silent, and was gradually consumed with a bitter loathing for everyone but the time was convinced that only cared about himself and his "mother": the voice of Shukaku in his head. He learned to find pleasure and eventually a reason to live in annihilating the multiple murderers sent to kill him and, by extension, anyone who threatened his existence. This was worsened by the Shukaku that would not let him sleep, and as a result, Gaara always looking for ways to quench your thirst for blood, which led to a ruthless Gaara, demonstrated when he murdered Bai and Midare not ignoring her pleas .Gaara's insomnia, was driven by the fear that the demon inside his mind he eats while asleep, only furthered his instability and increased more the desire to kill. In fact, his hatred extends to his siblings, as he never saw them as such, and was fully willing to kill those who cross him and his family if necessary to satisfy their desire to reaffirm their existence.
Gaara was, in many ways, similar to Naruto Uzumaki , although unfortunately in his case, he had no one to call friend, but had jinchuriki family as his brother (though he did not discover until much later in the series), Both were lonely and wanted to be loved, loved and recognized as a human being, the prejudices of others - as themselves, not the demons they were forced to "contain" - and both were driven into a state of despair .While Naruto consequently developed the misconception that pranks and mischief would bring him the attention he sought, Gaara came to the conclusion that he could preserve and confirm his own existence by killing anyone who challenges, achieving an extreme form of existentialism as his key personality trait. In the absence of recognition of others, Gaara could compensate by valuing himself, excluding all others in a strange form of narcissism. Furthermore, while Naruto eventually had Iruka, Kakashi and his friends who accepted him and recognized, Gaara had no one to bond, not even his father or siblings, as they all despised and feared Shukaku that dwells by within it. The person who was closest to being friendly with Gaara was Yashamaru , his uncle, who was ordered to kill him (though they could oppose him and he really loved him), but proved thereby creating a sociopath and lonely Gaara. As such, Gaara did not understand the concept of fighting for more than himself until his confrontation with Naruto.
After being defeated by Naruto, Gaara was shocked to find that Naruto knew very well the pain that Gaara had endured all his life. He was even more surprised that his first friend never lost hope, that Naruto was being recognized as a person and ultimately found friends who truly cared about him. Seeing the determination that Naruto had to protect his friends and village, made Gaara question his own path in life.
Realizing that he gave up so easily, Gaara decided to follow Naruto's path, and become Kazekage of Sunagakure so he could be connected to his people, and I hope they finally acknowledge his existence as a person. In the next few years, Gaara's determination to find happiness became apparent from his decision to rely on his own power rather than his inner demon. Gaara eventually forms a close friendship and brotherhood with Naruto.
Since Gaara has become a close friend to Naruto, thanks to its new attitude, has been able to change people's personalities towards him, such as Matsuri that he was afraid of guns, Ōnoki at the Summit of the Five Kages , persuaded practically the whole alliance away their old enmity and fight together in the Fourth War, and even Naruto himself when he reflects on what he will choose to do as Sasuke's friend. Gaara bluntly tells Naruto to chase Sasuke is silly, as he sees it is not possible for Sasuke back to the light. Although the goal of challenges Naruto to bring him back, he just tells Naruto that they are "friends".
Although he remained ruthless against his opponents, Gaara appears extremely protective of his allies and innocent people, as seen when he protected his village from Deidara, and his siblings, Darui and even the Raikage against Sasuke. It also appears to deeply understand those who have suffered the horror of loneliness and hatred of the past by the looks in their eyes as Naruto, Kimimaro, and even Sasuke.
As a Kage, Gaara believes that the ideals of previous generations, that each village has its own issues and can solve their own problems without having to ask for the help of others to maintain the appearance and honor, for he is a "ridiculous argument "and that cooperation between the villages is fundamental to defeat Akatsuki and save the world.
Appearance
Like Naruto , Gaara is a little smaller than the measure of the men of his age.He has pale skin and short, spiky hair that is brick red. His eyes are light turquoise. The pupils of his eyes are mostly invisible. Gaara has no eyebrows.It has two notable features in its external appearance: First, he has blackened eyelids since birth due to insomnia caused by Shukaku .
The second, created the kanji "love" (爱, Ai ) on the left side of his forehead, by the treachery of Yashamaru . The tuft of Gaara is separated from the left side, making the kanji more visible. Gaara is often seen with his arms crossed over his chest.
In Part I, Gaara has used two different sets. When he was first seen wearing a black full body suit with short sleeves and an open neck. With this, he wore a white cloth over his right shoulder and the left side of his hip, and a system wide leather band on his left shoulder, around your pumpkin wearing his protective sand. In flashbacks to his childhood, he was seen wearing clothing beige and blue pants and a black short-sleeved shirt.
To rescue Sasuke, changed his previous black suit to a reddish one with long sleeves and a large collar. He used this costume in
In Part II, wearing dark trousers, a red long sleeve jacket with a hem and a purplish gray vest. Gaara is one of my favorite character in Naruto, I really want to see his smile. His appearance is cool Naruto Shippuden Gaara Red Cosplay Costume is awesome, his gourd has so many secrets. All his cosplay costumes are fantastic.
